Kitchen Layouts

I've been working on a few kitchens lately where both had an original layout that did not really use the space to advantage.  Sometimes you know what doesn't work, but sometimes you can't imagine what might work.  That is where I can help, by doing 3D floor plans of your space.  Once everything is "gone" (at least on paper!) it can be easier to imagine how to rebuild the room and see what options are possible.  Through this iterative process one floorplan usually steps forward as the winner that will serve your needs best.  As shown in this plan, I can also put in your hardware and lights so you can really imagine how things will look.  While kitchens (and bathrooms) are the most difficult spaces to layout without a scaled floorpan,, using a 3D floor plan works for any spaces where it is impossible (or difficult) to move items around or get a feel for how something new will look.  Don't guess if you will have room to walk through or to open the dishwasher!
